Experience the charm of an Old Vicarage with modern amenties. The Olden Vicarage offers cozy and peaceful accommodation in a historical setting – just near the center of Utajärvi.
You can arrive by train or bus – the railway station and buss stops are within walking distance. Airport pickup can be arranged in advance if needed.
Utajärvi Vicarage is located in the UNESCO Rokua Geopark area, on the banks of the Oulujoki River, in a unique natural environment. You can enjoy the silence, clean air, and the cultural history of Northern Ostrobothnia. For information about available guided tours, call +358 500 137 831.
Next to the vicarage run the Tervareitistö Trail, a pilgrimage route, several hiking paths, and a snowmobile track. Local sports facilities are within walking distance.
ACCOMODATION
There are no individual hotel rooms – you will always have an entire apartment at your disposal. Welcome to enjoy the layers of history and the spaciousness in your own peace.
All apartments have their own entrances and beds for 2 to 4 people. Keys are conveniently available at your preferred arrival time. Breakfast is served by prior arrangement only.
The Priests side and Pechor`s side are traditional, spacious apartments in the spirit of the old vicarage. The apartments are also occasionally available for private events.
Stone Wing and the Timeshare are two-room apartments. We can also offer longer rental agreements for the timeshare.

SAUNAS
Saunas can be rented separately. The traditional finnish sauna, an outdoor wood-heated sauna, is suitable for small groups (3–6 people), and larger groups in the summer. The Sauna Cave is a modern indoor sauna with a hot tub, ideal for groups of 2–6 people. The sauna area includes a lounge and a small kitchen.

During the weaving holiday, you'll stay in a cozy apartment in the vicarage, where a loom is ready and pre-warped for you.
You can start weaving right away – everything is prepared for your arrival.
